Kostas Karamanos is currently a Post-Doctoral member of ASEL. His first diploma was in Physics from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He received a MSc degree in Physical Chemistry from the Ecole Normale Superieure de Cachan (ENS Cachan, France), an MSc degree in Mathematical Physics from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and his PhD degree in Mathematical Physics from the ULB in September 2002. He has been a NATO Fellow, a ULB Fellow, a Petsalys-Lepage Foundation Fellow, a NRCPS Demokritos Fellow, a "Pythagoras" main Fellow and an IKY Fellow. On September 1999 he received the Van Buuren Foundation Scientific Prize (ULB), and on April 2003, he received the Camille Liegeois Travel Grant from the Royal Academy of Sciences, Belgium. On September 2013 his name has been included in "Who's Who" in the World. His research includes Systems theory, Chaos and Ecosystems. He is actually member of the Editorial board of four reviews: (ASSA: Advances in Systems Science and Applications), (Scientific Inquiry, USA), (ISRN Applied Mathematics) and (SRE: Scientific Research and Essays).
